Our CEO
Gifty is a registered Specialist nurse in community Public Health, a Prescriber and a registered Social worker with 10 years of experience working in the social and health care sector. She has worked in various roles which include Clinical advisory and Care co-ordination.
She has vast experience in assessing the health needs of clients, implementing their care plans as well as training staff and workers on modules needed for effective management of the client’s care needs.
It is Gifty’s aim to ensure that you or your loved one’s care needs are being met by the Charismatic care team. Also that care is being delivered with utmost respect, dignity and confidentiality.
